Residential Treatment

Bridgeway’s Residential Treatment program provides a structured living environment with 24-hour supervision for adults living in Cuyahoga County who have been diagnosed with a severe mental disability. Residential Services are tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.

Specialized residential treatment programs are available for individuals dually diagnosed with both a severe mental disability and a substance abuse problem, and individuals who have a physical disability and/or chronic medical condition in addition to a mental health diagnosis.

The goal of Bridgeway's Residential Treatment program is to provide the supports and assistance needed to allow residents to move into a less restrictive setting.

Bridgeway is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health and recovery services to thousands of severely mentally ill, low income Cuyahoga County residents each year. Founded in 1973 to support those being released from closing state institutions, Bridgeway is also one of Northeast Ohio’s oldest providers of community mental health services.
