Bridgeway is a dynamic, supportive community, providing a network of mental health and recovery services that enhance individual development, and values the gifts and contributions of each person
Bridgeway is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health and recovery services to thousands of low income Cuyahoga County residents each year. Founded through a merger of Hill House (1961) and West Side Community Mental Health (1973), Bridgeway is the area’s oldest community mental health agency and was a leading pioneer in establishing programs and services to help adults transition from closing state psychiatric hospitals to community living.
Last fiscal year, Bridgeway served just under 1,000 consumers. Bridgeway currently owns 22 properties in Cuyahoga County, employs 82 individuals and today serves 565 clients across six programs.
